Oneida - My Farm

Give your kids a gift that will entertain them and educate them for hours. There’s a present for your family hiding in the magical universe. Celebrate the Season in the Oneida way – with Augmented Reality (AR). We use the AR experience to not only bring games and activities to the youth but also crucial educational opportunities as well. Augmented reality (AR) refers to the real-time integration of digital information into a user’s environment. Unlike virtual reality (VR), which creates a completely simulated environment, AR enhances the real world by overlaying computer-generated content, such as images, sounds, and other sensory inputs, onto the physical world. This technology can be experienced through various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and specialized AR glasses or headsets. AR has a wide range of applications across various industries, including: Gaming and Entertainment: Games like Pokémon GO use AR to blend digital characters with the real world, creating an interactive experience. Retail: AR allows customers to visualize products in their own space before purchasing, enhancing the shopping experience. For example, furniture retailers use AR to show how a piece of furniture would look in a customer's home. Education: AR can provide interactive learning experiences, such as visualizing complex concepts in 3D or overlaying information on physical objects.
