EliteCrewPro

Eliteclean is the job book, camera, and invoicing desk for professional cleaners. Log a unit when you finish it. Attach photos as proof of work. Invoice the property. Email a daily report with the jobs and pictures from today. Jobs Track cleanings by property, unit, type, and price. See today’s schedule and what’s still unbilled. Daily reports are now organized by client, with separate PDFs and emails. Clients Keep apartment communities in one list — manager, address, phone, and billing email. Invoices Build an invoice from unbilled jobs, send a PDF, and mark it sent, paid, or overdue. Reports Send property managers a daily PDF with photos. Generate a monthly summary when you need totals. Built for cleaners who work for apartment communities and need a paper trail that gets invoices approved. Report attachments use clear, client-friendly filenames. Improved photo upload retries to prevent duplicate jobs. Better privacy when signing out or switching accounts. More reliable invoice creation, editing, and deletion. Clearer messaging when there are no jobs to report. ECPro Plans Solo (just you), Crew (up to 5 employee logins) and Company (up to 15).
