HNDL Fleet Management

HNDL Fleet Management is the mobile companion to the HNDL platform. It gives fleet managers, drivers and technicians instant access to daily operations right from their phone. Built for flexibility and control, it keeps you on top of issues, inspections and maintenance compliance wherever you are. Key features: • Clear dashboard An instant summary of scheduled and overdue inspections, open issues, renewals and your assigned work. • Inspections Complete vehicle and tire inspections step by step: choose the vehicle and form, record the odometer and engine hours, and take a camera photo for every item. Issues are created automatically for any item that fails. • Issues Report a new issue with photos, track its status, assign it and close it, based on your role's permissions. • Notifications An inbox that matches the web app: filter by unread and critical, grouped by day, with a direct link to the related issue or inspection. • Role-based permissions Each user sees only what is relevant to them, and permissions update automatically when an admin changes them. • Arabic and English A complete interface in both languages, with full right-to-left support. • Built for the field Runs smoothly on entry-level devices and warns you when you lose connection. Operational Control Simplified. An active HNDL Fleet Management account is required. Learn more at hndlfm.com
