SOS - Save Our Souls

SOS is more than an app — it's a return to focus, presence, and spiritual clarity in a world full of digital noise. The average adult checks their phone 96 times a day and spends 5+ hours on mobile devices. Over a lifetime, that equals 13–14 years of screen time. Believers report constant disruptions in prayer, devotion, and family connection. SOS exists to help Christians overcome digital idolatry and restore sacred focus. PROVEN TO WORK SOS reduces screen time by 2+ hours a day on average, reclaiming meaningful margin to invest back into God. Over the course of a week, that time becomes space for real spiritual practices that usually get crowded out: consistent, unhurried prayer and Scripture that's not only read but kept ready in your mind and heart for temptation, anxiety, and decision-making. Devotions that actually get completed rather than postponed. It's the difference between starved for time and extra capacity to turn faith outward — showing up to serve at local missions, churches, and shelters with the time that used to disappear into scrolling.
