About Harmonized: Trading Journal

A trading journal that lives on your phone. Free, with no ads. Most trading journals want you at a desk after the close. This one is in your hand the moment you place the trade — the only reason anyone keeps journaling past week three. Link your Schwab account and pull your trades in with one tap. Import a CSV or spreadsheet, or add a trade by hand. Prices update every 15 seconds while the market is open. DAILY JOURNAL - Rate each day on how you traded, not how much you made - A plan before the open, quick notes during the day, a review after the close - Tag days like "followed plan" or "FOMO" - Every day you wrote about in one searchable Notes list - Ask AI chat what you wrote on your red days, next to that day's P&L WHAT YOU GET - Ask questions about your history in plain English — "how do my Monday trades compare?" - Patterns and observations from your own data. Never signals, never picks, never advice - Tags, notes, categories and strategies on any trade REPORTS - Period P&L by day, week, month, or year - Win Rate & Expectancy, including scratches - Performance by Dimension — by strategy, category, or source - Holding Period — results by how long you hold - Service Cost & ROI — is each advisory earning its keep? - P&L Calendar — a heatmap of every winning and losing day - After-Trade Analysis (Pro) — patterns in your trades and your notes GETTING YOUR TRADES IN - Schwab: link once, then pull your trades in by date range. More brokerages in progress - Fidelity: import your export file (Fidelity offers no sync API) - Anything else: import any CSV or spreadsheet. Match your columns once and save the format EDUCATION MODE - Practice with a virtual balance on live market data, at zero risk - An education AI that explains terms and concepts — not trades - A separate practice journal, to build the habit before real money Simulated results do not reflect real market conditions, liquidity, or slippage. PRIVACY Your trade data powers your own analysis and nothing else. AI features are optional. On the free plan, nothing touches your brokerage unless you ask it to. Auto Sync is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off — or revoke our access at Schwab — any time. Your Schwab connection is stored encrypted, and we never see or store your Schwab password. WHO IT'S FOR Options traders whose multi-leg positions other journals don't record properly. Day and swing traders who keep making the same mistake and can't name it. PLANS Free — Link Schwab and pull your trades in whenever you want. 6 months of history, including Reports. 1 account, 15 AI questions a day. No ads, no trial clock. Basic, $4.99/month — Auto Sync checks Schwab once a day, after the close. Your full trade history. The web app on your computer: bulk-classify trades, full trade tables, full-size charts, CSV export. Up to 5 accounts, 50 AI questions a day. Pro, $11.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers — Auto Sync checks Schwab all through the trading day. Everything in Basic, plus OpenAI's GPT-4o mini reading your journal, with exact P&L math underneath. Up to 20 accounts, 200 AI questions a day. Schwab asks you to re-authorize every seven days — we'll remind you before it lapses. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. A free trial converts to paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Terms of Use: https://www.harmonizedtrades.com/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://www.harmonizedtrades.com/privacy.html Harmonized Trades is a trade-journaling and analytics tool. What’s new

Version 2.3.6 · Updated October 26, 2026

Import from a file, on every plan. Drop in a CSV or spreadsheet export, tell us which column is which once, and save it as a format for next time. Your setups, sources and notes come in with your trades, and importing the same file again never changes what you've already written. If a file won't import, the app says which rows and why. Still stuck? Send the file to us from that screen and we reply by email. Plus fixes and small improvements.
