Heir: Log Your Day

Meet Heir — your high-performance operating system for work. Built for investment banking and broader M&A teams, Heir helps you take control of your weekly workload, understand how your 80+ hour weeks are spent, and ultimately give you the tools to prevent burnout. With just a few taps a day, you’ll gain clarity on how your hours, project intensity, and habits are shaping your career. DAILY INSIGHTS Log your hours, rough split of time and how you feel your day went in under 30 seconds. Heir translates your check-ins into a daily intensity score, giving you a clear sense of how your day stacks up over time. This score is the leading indicator of unsustainable working conditions, which helps identify when you may need to adjust your workload with your with your staffer. WEEKLY PATTERNS See how your staffing capacity is trending over time. Track workload swings and get smarter about how you recover, then compare your experience to similar peers across the Wall Street. Check out your Intensity Score chart to visualize the quality of your workdays over an extended period of time. TAGS THAT BUILD HABITS Add context to each day using quick tags like “Share Price Analysis,” “client meetings,” or “coffee breaks.” Over time, Heir learns what patterns drive your best (and worst) days — giving you the data to improve your investment banking experience. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is yours. Everything you log stays local to you unless you choose to share it with your team or company. Heir is designed to build bi-directional trust between junior and senior professionals. We're not interested in surveillance.
