Babs: Family Operating System

An assistant works for you. Babs works for your whole family. There's a person in every family who keeps the whole operation running. They read every email from every school. They know which kid needs cleats on which day, which practice moved, and which permission slip is due Friday. They maintain a system in their head that would inspire awe in any project manager – except nobody calls it project management when it's your family. They just call it parenting. That person has every tool imaginable at work. At home, they have a Gmail account. Babs is the operating system for your household. She reads the school, sports, and activity emails, finds the dates and to-dos that matter, and turns them into one shared source of truth for your family – so the whole operation stops living in one person's head. PULLS EVENTS FROM YOUR INBOX The field trip is Thursday. Babs found it. In one tap, it's on the calendar. And Babs checks your calendar first – if something's already on it, she skips it. WHEN PLANS CHANGE, BABS NOTICES Practice got moved or picture day got rescheduled, these are the things that often slip through the cracks or never make it to the calendar. Babs catches the update and alerts you, so your calendar stays up-to-date without you re-reading a thing. SURFACES TO-DOS IN ONE PLACE The volunteer sign-up went out Sunday at 11pm. Babs put it on the list, with the deadline and a reminder (just in case). Sign up without digging through the email. EVERY ACTIVITY, ORGANIZED Soccer isn't six unrelated events. It's one season, with 18 dates, three locations, and a coach who texts schedule changes weekly. Babs groups the whole season – and does the same for dance, scouts, tutoring, and whatever else your crew is into. THE WHOLE WEEK, IN ONE PLACE Two kids, two schools, a tutor on Tuesday and a game on Thursday. Babs gives your household the week at a glance, so no one has to hold it all in their head. BABS LEARNS YOUR FAMILY The kids, the schools, the teams, the things that matter to you – Babs picks them up as she goes, and gets sharper the longer she works for your household. BABS WORKS WITH YOU Babs doesn't act without your say-so. She surfaces what she found; you decide what makes the calendar. Nothing moves without you. WHAT BABS DOES, TODAY - Scans your school, sports, and activity emails - Surfaces every game, practice, deadline, and schedule change - Adds events to your calendar in one tap – and skips what's already there - Notices when plans change and alerts you - Builds a to-do list across your whole household - Identifies your family’s commitments and for each kid - Shows your family's whole week in one view - Learns your family over time BUILT FOR PARENTS IN THE THICK OF IT Multiple kids. Multiple schools. Multiple activities. One family, finally working from the same page. The days are long. The years are short. Babs handles the logistics so you can be there for both.
