About Sweetch Club

Sweetch is the freedom to ride electric across Paris without ever running out of battery. Whether you're a delivery rider, a courier, a daily commuter or simply a fan of soft mobility, Sweetch instantly connects you to the city's network of battery-swap stations. No more waiting for a charging point to free up, no more planning three hours ahead: open the app, spot the nearest station, and grab a full battery in minutes. WHY SWEETCH? Battery swaps, right in the app. At a participating Sweetch station, open the Scan tab and scan the station's QR code (or type the code shown on its screen). The app starts the swap, guides you step by step and shows a summary at the end. If a swap can't go through, it tells you why and what to do next. A clear map, built for Paris. Every electric battery-swap station in the city is shown on a clean, uncluttered map. A single glance is all it takes to know where to go. Reliable info, in real time. For each station, Sweetch tells you whether it's open or closed, today's hours, the full address and how many charged batteries are available. No more surprises when you arrive. Directions, in one tap. Pick a station and Sweetch automatically plots the route from your location. One button, three choices: Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. Just go. Your account, in one place. Your scooter (battery, mileage, location), your subscription and your invoices are all in the app. A subscription payment overdue? Pay it from your Profile or right before a swap. An interface that respects your attention. No ads, no intrusive notifications. Just what you need to find a full battery and swap it, right now. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your email address and the code you receive. 2. Allow access to your location to center the map. 3. Tap a station on the map to see whether it's open, its address and its charged-battery stock. 4. Tap "Get directions" to start the route. 5. At the station, open the Scan tab and scan the station's QR code. 6. Follow the swap on screen, then ride on. WHO IS IT FOR? Sweetch is for everyone riding electric vehicles that use Paris's battery-swap network: scooters, electric-assist bikes, professional kick-scooters, delivery vehicles. If your two-wheeler is compatible with the swap system, Sweetch is your daily companion. PRIVACY Sweetch collects no unnecessary personal data. Your location is used to center the map, calculate your route and, when you start a swap, check that you're at the station. The camera is used only to scan the station's QR code: no image is saved. SUPPORT A question? Some feedback? The Sweetch team is reachable straight from the app, in the Support tab. We reply to every message. RIDE EASY Sweetch is built by urban-mobility enthusiasts. Our goal: make swapping a battery as simple as hopping on the metro. Download, scan, ride.
