If you've been to other studios and haven't found the right fit yet, you're probably going to love us. If you've been to other studios and left thinking you didn't like yoga, then you should definitely give us a shot. If you're curious about yoga but the stuff you've seen on Instagram has scared you away from trying a studio, we're the place for you. We offer Flow, Yin, Prenatal, Baby + Me, and lots of special events and workshops to keep things interesting. You can practice with us in our Austin studio, or from anywhere in the world via Zoom. We get it! Trying something new can be scary, and let's face it, yoga studios aren't always the most welcoming places. We work hard to be the opposite of that "mean girls" type of experience. When you first come in, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of the space. Your teacher will introduce themselves and talk to you about your yoga experience, and answer any questions you have before getting started.
