About Doorstep Pro
Doorstep Pro is the mobile companion for valet trash and doorstep trash teams that use the DoorstepPro platform. It keeps your field staff connected to the same records, rules, and workflows your office relies on—so service stays consistent from the curb to the community office. Who it’s for Property services professionals who collect bagged waste at the doorstep, manage community recycling or bulk guidelines, and need a clear, repeatable way to document what happened on site—without juggling texts, camera rolls, and spreadsheets. What you can do • Sign in with your DoorstepPro credentials and pick up where you left off. • Capture violations and observances with photos and context, so issues are easy to review later. • Use tags and structured flows to record situations the same way every time—better for audits and coaching. • See customer- and site-related details in the app when your workflow requires it, so crews aren’t guessing at the door. • Work on the go with location-aware tasks suited to real routes and real properties. • Rely on sync with the DoorstepPro backend so information isn’t trapped on one phone. Why it matters in valet trash Valet trash is time-bound and rule-heavy: windows, container rules, contamination, repeat offenders, and property-specific expectations. Doorstep Pro helps teams prove service, document exceptions, and communicate with clarity—the kind of operational discipline multifamily clients expect. Note: Doorstep Pro is intended for authorized users of the DoorstepPro system. Your organization’s administrator controls access and how features are used.

New in this release: • Manager view for office and admin roles: today's hours, who is clocked in, pending approvals, review items, and open supply requests at a glance. • Live Team list and map showing who is on the clock, where they are, and which property and route they are on. • Employee profile with today's location trail and recent time entries. • Properties list showing who is assigned and who is on site right now. • Approve or deny pending time entries from your phone. • My receipts: see every receipt you uploaded with Matched or Not matched status, fix details, and upload receipts for card transactions that still need one. • Upload receipt now defaults to your assigned card. • Switch between Employee and Manager views from the menu; the app remembers your choice. • Fixes: completed visit photos no longer carry into the next visit, arrival and departure photos no longer show twice, and the customer card no longer spins forever.
