About CalmSoul: Rituals for emotions

CalmSoul gives you simple guided rituals to help with anxiety, stress, difficult emotions, overthinking, and worry. Choose what you need in the moment and follow the steps. You can use a grounding exercise when you feel anxious, work through an emotion you’re struggling to let go of, write down worries that keep repeating, or use guided breathing when you need to slow down. No long meditation sessions or complicated routines. Each ritual takes you through one step at a time. RITUALS FOR WHAT YOU NEED RIGHT NOW Release Ritual Work through emotions such as stress, anger, sadness, frustration, or overwhelm. Rate how you feel, identify the emotions involved, write about what happened, look at the situation from a wider perspective, and decide what you’re ready to let go of. Anxiety Grounding Use the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique when you feel anxious or overwhelmed. The ritual guides you through what you can see, feel, hear, smell, and taste to bring your attention back to the present moment. At the end, check in with yourself and reflect on how you feel. Worry Dump Write down the worries that keep running through your mind instead of continuing to think about them. Identify what area of your life they relate to, look at whether they will still matter in 5 days, 5 months, or 5 years, and decide whether you want to save them or let them go. Breath Reset Choose a guided breathing exercise based on what you need. Follow the breathing circle and simple on-screen instructions as they guide you through each inhale, hold, and exhale. Use Breath Reset when you want to slow your breathing, relax, focus, or take a short break. LEARN WHAT HELPS YOU FEEL BETTER Your Journey shows you what happens when you use CalmSoul over time. See how your mood changes before and after Release rituals, review your grounding check-ins, see how much time you’ve spent breathing, and review the worries and patterns you’ve recorded. This helps you understand which rituals work best for you and what you may want to use again when you need support. BASED ON MINDFULNESS AND CBT TECHNIQUES CalmSoul uses mindfulness and CBT techniques including the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise, emotion labeling, expressive writing, perspective shifting, and guided breathing. The app turns these techniques into simple, guided steps that are easy to follow when you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in your thoughts. WORKS OFFLINE. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED. All CalmSoul rituals work without an internet connection, so you can use them at home, while traveling, or anywhere you need them. Your ritual data is stored on your device. You don’t need to create an account to use CalmSoul. TRACK MINDFUL MINUTES WITH APPLE HEALTH Connect CalmSoul to Apple Health to record eligible ritual time as Mindful Minutes.
