About ZOSAVI: AI Health Coach
ZOSAVI helps you make sense of your day without turning wellness into another dashboard to manage. Today brings the recovery, movement, nutrition, hydration and check-in signals you choose together and highlights one clear next action. History shows your week at a glance and your recent patterns. Solara, your AI coach, adds context and suggestions when you ask. Log meals, water, weight, workouts, activity and how you feel. Add a meal manually or use a photo to get an editable nutrition estimate. You review the result before saving. KEY FEATURES • One focused daily priority based on the information you choose to connect • Meal photo analysis with editable food and nutrition estimates • Quick manual logging for meals, water, weight, workouts and check-ins • Today's workout with each exercise and its targets, and fast set logging • Your logging streak on Today and your week at a glance in History • Solara coaching with relevant context • Optional Apple Health integration • Subscription purchase, management and restoration through Apple • In-app account deletion AI FEATURES AND YOUR DATA When you create an account, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including ZOSAVI sending your photos, messages and health data to OpenAI for AI features such as meal estimates and Solara coaching. You can turn AI processing off at any time in Settings & Support → AI & Privacy. Manual logging keeps working when AI is off. ZOSAVI Plus, an auto-renewing subscription, gives you more Solara AI answers every 30 days. Available features and limits vary by plan. ZOSAVI is for people 13 and older. Weight-loss goals are available from age 18. ZOSAVI provides general wellness information, not medical advice. AI-generated and nutrition outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. What’s new
Version 2026.6.3 · Updated October 21, 2026
This update makes your plan more personal, makes workouts faster to log, and makes goals safer. • See your next workout on Today, with each exercise and its targets. Preview it, shorten it, or move it to another day, then record only what you completed. • Log sets faster: repeat your last set with one tap, record weight in kg or lb, and pick up unfinished sets if the app closes during a workout. • Ask Solara which workouts you recorded and see them in a workout card. • Review food and drink estimates before logging, choose the portion you ate, and correct them more easily. • Quick Log is simpler: type your meal and tap Analyze full meal, or enter nutrition yourself alongside Analyze. Manual entry remains available when AI is off or unavailable. • Your setup answers now shape your plan: how often you work out sets your calorie target, and you choose the equipment you have (none, dumbbells or a full gym). • On Goals, update your targets when your workout routine changes, and note food allergies. Meal estimates then point out possible matches on your phone. • Edit profile no longer has its own weight plan, and saving it no longer changes your goal. A new weight, height or birthday still updates your daily calories. • Safer goal limits: weight change tops out at 1 kg (2.2 lb) a week, target weights stay at a healthy BMI or above, and weight-loss goals are for ages 18 and up. • See your logging streak on Today and your week at a glance in History, with an optional evening reminder. • A clearer Plus page, and your remaining AI answers shown in Account & Plan. • Sign-up now says plainly how AI features use your photos, messages and health data. You can still turn AI off in Settings & Support → AI & Privacy. • Refreshed sign-up and sign-in screens that follow your light or dark setting. • Simplified Chinese now shows on more screens, including sign-up, the Plus page and the workout safety notice. • Fixes a crash when removing a focus goal, plus improvements to chat, photo review and voice input. • Save a target weight and weekly pace in the dedicated Goals editor; Coach receives your precise saved-goal context. • Free accounts verify their email before upgrading to Plus. • View in Today opens Today after logging a meal from History. • Improves syncing of meal notes and nutrition changes, including earlier unsynced edits. • Saved meals recover more reliably on Today after reopening the app. • Appearance, notification and About values follow your chosen app language. • Fixes a freeze while saving AI processing consent. • Return to your AI meal review without repeating analysis; your edits stay intact.
