About Portable SFX
Make sound effects wherever an idea strikes. Record a take, import audio, and shape it in a personal studio on iPhone and iPad. Move clips along the timeline, arrange tracks, trim, balance levels and pan. Change pitch independently of speed. Build an ordered effects chain with filters, EQ, reverb, delay, distortion and dynamics, then create automation with precise times and values. Play your processed mix, bounce a track or the whole arrangement, and export WAV, AIFF, AAC M4A or lossless M4A. Original audio stays editable. Play a C1–C8 piano with Glissando, Scroll and Bend, plus sine, square, triangle and saw waveforms. The keybed fills the screen edges. Hide it when you need more editing space, and make the studio yours with Ink, Paper or Lagoon colors. Import selected tracks from another project, or share a self-contained editable project with its audio, effects and automation. Your recordings, projects and notes stay on your device until you choose to share them. No account, subscription or internet connection is required.
