GoFathom

Develop every player. Beyond the Session. GoFathom is the player development platform that keeps coaching going after the session ends. It connects coaches, players and parents around one growing record of every player's journey, so quality coaching insight reaches the people who need it. Built for any sport, GoFathom gives coaches a structured, professional way to deliver feedback, and gives families a clear view of their child's progress. BUILT ON FIVE PILLARS Feedback. Video, audio, photos and written notes that live beyond the session. Reflection. Players think it through, in their own words. Wellbeing. Quick check-ins on sleep, mood, body and motivation that flag what matters early. Assessment. Record results by player and see progress, session after session. Engagement. Coaches, players and parents, connected in one place. FOR COACHES Rich feedback: Share video, audio notes, photos and detailed written feedback. Drill recommendations: Attach instructional videos and custom training exercises. Coach-only notes: Keep private observations separate from the feedback families see. Multi-group management: Manage players across teams, squads and age groups. Bowling workload tracking: Log cricket bowling sessions, with automatic rest-day calculations and weekly limits. FOR FAMILIES Private player feeds: Secure access to your child's own feedback. One view for every child: Follow all your children's progress in one place. Progress over time: See development build up, with feedback brought together into clear insights. Straight from the coach: Receive feedback directly from your child's coaches. Focused on development: No social media features, just coaching. FOR ORGANISATIONS Quick setup: Simple onboarding for clubs, schools, academies and pathways. GDPR compliant: Full data protection, with privacy settings controlled by parents. Coach oversight: Management tools that keep communication consistent and professional. Flexible sharing: Choose whether feedback stays within your organisation or is shared across organisations. PRIVACY AND SAFETY FIRST Your child's safety comes first. Players cannot view other players' profiles, so the focus stays on their own development, not on comparison. All feedback goes privately to each family, and coaches keep professional standards throughout. Potential. Seen. Connected. Realised.
