Fatto

Fatto CMMS was created for those who want to stop wasting time with spreadsheets, paperwork or confusing systems and have full control over maintenance and services in the palm of their hand. With it, you can manage service orders, equipment, contracts, suppliers and inventory in a simple and practical way — directly from your cell phone. Ideal for those who take care of industrial maintenance, hospitals, facilities or are service providers and need to organize their day-to-day without stress. See what you can do with Fatto CMMS: • Open, locate and close service orders easily using QR Codes on the equipment, without having to type everything manually. • Monitor contracts and SLAs, ensuring that the supplier delivers what was agreed and you don't lose out. • Create personalized checklists so that the team follows each step correctly and nothing is left out. • Attach photos and documents directly in the app, collect digital signatures and have a complete history of each service. • Order and apply parts from inventory, generating purchase orders if necessary. • Clock in to manage overtime. • Register travel expenses and have a report ready at any time. • Works offline: no signal? No problem. The app saves everything and synchronizes later. • Management by dashboards: see what is pending, what has been done and where the bottlenecks are through the agenda.
