Anchrs

Anchrs is built for senior+ software engineers who need interview prep to survive real workdays. After a full day of meetings, incidents, and deadlines, the hardest part of prep usually is not the interview itself. It is deciding what to study, restarting after you fall behind, and turning scattered notes into focused practice. Anchrs is designed to reduce that setup friction so you can keep moving on low-energy days instead of dropping prep for a week. Use Anchrs to practice the two loops that matter most: DSA interviews with an AI interviewer, topic filters, hybrid chat plus code input, and structured debriefs on approach, correctness, complexity, communication, and edge cases. System design interviews with Senior, Staff, and Principal tracks, optional company-style framing, deck-backed weak-area targeting, and AI follow-up questions on architecture decisions. Anchrs also helps you stay consistent between mock interviews: - import the Anki decks you already use, including media and study history - generate flashcards from notes, PDFs, and other source material with AI help - bias interview questions toward your weak areas, or start a general session with no deck selected - review across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch with the same study workflow - choose local or cloud AI paths based on your setup Anchrs is for experienced engineers who want sharper recall, better communication under pressure, and more consistent reps across DSA and system design without turning interview prep into a second job.
