• The app now starts in Swedish whatever language your phone is set to. You can change language and appearance straight from the login page, under "Inställningar" at the bottom. • Utgifter: every uploaded file is handled according to what it is. An unpaid supplier invoice becomes a draft bill instead of an expense, a card-paid receipt becomes an expense, and if the file is neither you are told so. You can switch type with a link. • If you are a member and your invoice goes on to an administrator, the app says so, and it is not also saved as an expense. • Receipts that cannot be uploaded or read now explain why, instead of just "Try again". • You now see straight away when a timer could not be started, stopped or switched, and when an invoice or a conversation could not be opened – with the reason from the server. • Android: if the phone closes the app while you are scanning a receipt, the scan is no longer lost. The receipt is still in the upload the next time you open the app. • Transactions: you can ignore a bank transaction with a reason, see them all in their own "Ignorerade" tab and undo right away. Rows Aourly matched automatically are marked. • You can write long messages in the chat again – the writing field grows with the text instead of hiding it behind the send button. • Hem and Ta ut lön no longer show figures from the company you just left when you switch company. • New gig setup "Per tjänst": enter the service, price and quantity, see the total on the card on Hem and invoice whenever you want. • Hem: the "Fler möjligheter" card shows what more you can do in Aourly. • Salary: the company's cost and the benefit value are shown separately, and an unconfirmed vacation balance is never shown as fact. • Questions from your accounting firm: answer with a photo or a file, with clear upload status. • Share to Aourly: choose which company a shared file belongs to, and move a misfiled document straight from its menu. • Fortnox archive in Ekonomi and SIE import: import the archive and browse it by year, see which files deserve a closer look, real progress, archives over 25 MB and up to 10 GB on the web, and errors that name the voucher and account. • Skicka förfrågan now needs billing rights, and the app says why when you lack them. For you who work in Byrå: • One shared period control in the client header now drives all of Bokföring and Rapporter – financial year, period and comparison in one place. • New: Ingående balanser beside Kontoplan, with carry-over from the previous year, corrections, editing and history. Stale opening balances show in Behöver dig and Översikt. • New: Företagsinställningar per client for financial year, VAT and AGI. • Klienter: register lookup when you invite, names for invited companies, sorting, paging, export and the option to end an engagement. • Bankavstämning: link the bank account to a bookkeeping account, mark the month as reconciled, see which month a difference started in, with the ledger on the left, the bank on the right and shortcuts on every keyboard. • Aktiebok: register purchase, new share issue, bonus issue and split with amounts, and fill owner details from the population register and the company register. • Kopplingar: an overview of the client's connections; connect, renew a bank and ask the client for help. • Importera & exportera, SIE first, with history. • Underlag opens in a floating window you can pin over the list. • Help drawer, context menus and a command palette across Byrå; row height sets the table density. • Questions to the client have a question type.
