WeSpend

This app is a progressive web client designed to provide seamless access to Nextcloud Cospend, a powerful budget management tool. It allows users to connect to their Nextcloud Cospend instance directly without needing a separate web browser. Availability & Access: The app is not restricted to a single company or a specific group of companies. Any organization or individual using Nextcloud Cospend can integrate and utilize this app for managing expenses collaboratively. Users are free to set up and access their own Nextcloud instance independently. General Public Use: While the app is beneficial for teams and companies tracking shared expenses, it is also fully available for public use. Anyone with access to a Nextcloud instance that has Cospend installed can connect through this client, making it suitable for personal finance tracking, family budgeting, group travel expenses, and similar use cases. Account Setup: Users obtain an account by setting up their own Nextcloud Cospend instance or gaining access to an existing one hosted by their organization, community, or another provider. This app does not manage account creation directly; instead, it serves as a client for accessing pre-existing accounts. Payment & Costs: The app itself does not include paid content or charge users for access. However, users might need a Nextcloud hosting service, which could involve costs depending on the provider. Access to Cospend features remains free as long as users have an active Nextcloud instance with Cospend installed. With this app, managing shared expenses becomes more efficient, ensuring easy access to financial data while maintaining flexibility in how and where users connect.
