Jhanu

Jhanu is the app of the Jhanu platform, the management system built for ITF Taekwon-Do academies (dojangs) and martial arts schools. One app with two sides: the instructor's panel to run the academy, and a home for families to follow their children. FOR INSTRUCTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS *TODAY Open the app and see your day: today's classes, who has arrived, active students, the month's income and who is past due. * ROLL CALL AND QR ATTENDANCE Take class attendance with one tap per student, or let your students scan the class QR code with their phone. You can also set up a tablet at the door as a kiosk. Every attendance adds to the training hours for the next exam. * CLASSES AND BOOKING Build your weekly timetable and, when you need it, require a booked seat with a capacity per class. * STUDENTS AND FAMILIES A complete profile for every student: rank, photo, contact, guardians, balance and attendance. Siblings are grouped into one family, with one balance and one contact to bill. * FINANCES AND PAST DUE Record payments and generate the PDF receipt, review the transfer receipts families send and keep track of your expenses. The past-due list shows how far each student is paid, and the payment reminder goes out by WhatsApp or SMS with the message ready. * MESSAGES Write to the whole academy or to whoever you choose, and see how many opened it. Turn on automatic messages, such as the payment-due notice or the ready-for-the-test one. * EXAMS AND DIPLOMAS Sign your students up for the belt test, grade them and issue PDF certificates with your academy's templates. * YOUR ACADEMY IN ONE STEP Create your academy from the app: its name, your site address and a code sent to your email. A short guide gets it ready: timetable, monthly fees, students and the invitation to families. You start with a free trial. FOR FAMILIES AND STUDENTS ▸ A home for each child: their classes, belt, attendance and what the academy asks of them. ▸ Pay by bank transfer and attach a photo of the receipt; the academy reviews and confirms it. ▸ Sign your children's documents with your signature drawn on the screen. ▸ Sign your child up for the belt test. ▸ Study the theory of each rank and mark what they practiced. ▸ Book your seat in class and check in by scanning the QR code. ▸ Every message from the academy, kept in one place. WHY JHANU • BUILT FOR ITF TAEKWON-DO. It understands ranks, patterns, exams and the training hours needed to move up. • BILINGUAL. Spanish and English, with dates in your academy's format. • IN THE CLOUD. The same information on your phone, your tablet and your computer. • YOUR DATA IS YOURS. Delete your account from My profile whenever you want. • REAL SUPPORT. Direct WhatsApp support and improvements driven by what our customers ask for. IMPORTANT To use Jhanu you need an account at an academy that uses the platform: create your academy's from the app, or ask your academy to invite you. Monthly fees are paid directly to the academy; the app charges nothing. Learn more at https://www.jhanu.com
