LineMS - CMMS

The application is part of a cloud-based lineMS maintenance management system designed for maintenance departments. It is intended for both employees reporting breakdowns and technicians carrying out repairs, inspections, and maintenance work. With the app, all information about breakdowns, tasks, and completed work is always readily available, regardless of where the work is being carried out. Key features: • Quick and convenient breakdown reporting, including by scanning a QR code attached to a machine. • Checklists that support maintenance and inspection activities, helping to ensure that all required tasks are completed. • Management of spare parts used during maintenance and repair work. • Documentation of breakdowns and completed work using photos captured and attached directly from a mobile phone. • Recording of technicians' working time spent on specific tasks. • Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities that help reduce the number of breakdowns and improve machine reliability. • Access to the history of reports, work orders, and completed maintenance activities. lineMS improves communication between production and maintenance teams, reduces response times to breakdowns, and supports the efficient management of technicians' work.
