COMPLETE YOUR TO-DOS WITH OUR TASK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Stay on top of your home's needs with organized task lists and reminders. From routine maintenance to urgent repairs, Domis’s Task Management System helps you easily take care of everything in one place. NEVER LOSE THE IMPORTANT STUFF SO YOU HAVE IT WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST Most of the time, you probably don't think much about what brand of fridge lives in your kitchen or the exact model of your water heater unit. However, when it comes time to buy a part, replace a filter, or call in a warranty, these details become really important. We made it easy to log these not-so-little details by uploading a photo and letting our AI translate it into a quick, easy-to-reference list. SAVE (A LOT OF) MONEY BY FIXING THINGS BEFORE THEY BREAK Nearly two thirds of home owners are deferring some sort of maintenance, but that can come with a pretty hefty price tag. For instance, fixing a few missing roof shingles might only cost a couple hundred dollars. However, if you leave the roof as-is for a few months and allow water to enter, you risk a repair that can easily be in the thousands of dollars. Domis helps you figure out what needs to get done when. ASK A REAL HUMAN QUESTIONS WHEN YOU GET STUCK At Domis, we know that home maintenance is far from a one-size-fits-all sort of situation. That’s why we offer the Ask Domis feature where you can reach out to an actual human with your weirdest home repair questions. Think of it like calling your parents or that really handy neighbor when the house makes a weird noise or something mysteriously stops working. GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR INSPECTION REPORT - Inspection reports are filled with useful information about how to get your home in tip-top shape. However, it can be tough to tackle a dense document in the midst of a move, and too often, the report gets set aside. - Using the Domis app, you can turn pages of notes into bite-sized, easily understood tasks with a single upload. Instead of flipping through a massive PDF, you’ll have a list of tasks that include the inspector’s photos and notes as well as the page numbers to reference back to. YES, IT’S REALLY FREE Because we are humans who need money for silly things like food and shelter, there will likely be a paid version of the app in the near future for some of our yet-unreleased features. However, we think everyone with a home should have access to the basic tools and info they need to keep it in shape, so we'll always have a free version available.
