About AwareFlow: Habit Awareness

You might not notice it. But it shows up anyway. Most people do not know they have the habit until someone tells them. By then, it is already a conversation nobody wanted to have. AwareFlow quietly notices sounds like sniffing and throat clearing, then gently lets you know when they happen. A quiet tap brings the moment into awareness, without anyone else needing to say a word. No scores. No pressure. Just a moment of awareness you might not have had otherwise. Set it up for wherever you usually are, then go about your day. HOW IT WORKS AwareFlow uses on-device machine learning to notice short sound patterns. When it notices a habit, you get a gentle tap that only you can feel. Over time, you start to see when and where these habits tend to show up, and what might be behind them. All processing happens on your device. WHY IT MATTERS Most habits like these are automatic. You are not aware of them until someone else points them out, and by then, you are already reacting. AwareFlow gives you that moment back, before anything needs to be said. For people living with misophonia, these sounds can create real tension in relationships. AwareFlow helps the person making the sounds build awareness privately, so fewer moments start with "you are doing it again." RAW AUDIO NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE • Sound is converted to math on the spot, never stored as audio • No recordings, no cloud processing • No third-party analytics • Everything runs on your device There is no server involved because there does not need to be. The privacy here is structural, not policy. Your habits are your business. FEATURES • Real-time awareness, delivered gently • Adjustable sensitivity you control • Private nudges only you can feel • A quiet record of your awareness over time • Subtle connections between moments, feelings, and situations • Works with your built-in microphone, AirPods, and hearing aids • Works all day without draining your battery WHO USES IT • People who have been told about a habit and want to build awareness privately • Partners who want to understand what their person is dealing with • Anyone who suspects they make sounds they do not realize, and wants to find out on their own terms PREMIUM • Access additional habits, more calibration environments, and a longer view of your patterns Built by a dad who got called out for sniffing at his kid's game and found nothing made for the person on that side of it. AwareFlow is that app. Made with care by SnapHabit LLC. Not a medical device. For personal awareness only. What’s new

Version 1.0.5 · Updated June 10, 2026

Softer, truer, quieter. This update helps AwareFlow feel more like a companion for noticing patterns, and less like a thing that keeps score. • Your first insight now arrives in the first few days, and it is free. Once AwareFlow has noticed a few moments, it can begin naming early patterns in plain language. It is a hint, never a verdict, and it stays silent until the pattern is really there. • Daily insights now connect moments to context. When a pattern stands out, like caffeine, work, or busier surroundings, you can create a reminder with a single tap and get a gentle nudge the next time that pattern appears during a session. • Your daily Moments card now tells you how today compares to your usual rhythm with descriptions like "About your usual," "Quieter than usual," and "More active than usual." • The free trial now runs 14 days instead of 3, giving the app more time to show meaningful patterns before any paywall appears. • Awareness Status is now available in Settings. Mark a day as Resting, Sick, or Taking Care of Myself. Your practice pauses while you are away and is waiting when you return. • Reflections throughout the app now read more like observations than grades. State labels such as "Noticing" take the place of scores. As always, all audio stays on your device. No recordings. No cloud processing. Just private awareness.
