My JV

My JV is the official app for reporting non-emergency issues to the City of Jersey Village. Whether it’s a street repair, utility concern, code violation, or park and playground issue, My JV makes it easy to connect with your city. Using your phone’s GPS, the app pinpoints your location so you can quickly submit a request with a photo and description. Already see the issue reported? You can subscribe to existing reports to stay informed as the city works toward a resolution. Download My JV and help keep Jersey Village a clean, safe, and well-maintained community — one report at a time.
