Nurmi

Nurmi is your always-on, always-adapting coach. It starts by learning who you are, your goals, schedule, and training history. Then it watches how you actually improve, using your wearable data to build a smart, flexible plan. And that plan updates every single day. Miss a session? Travel? Life happens, Nurmi adapts instantly and tells you why. The more you train, the smarter it gets. And across every workout, it talks to you like a real coach with feedback, encouragement, and clear guidance. Nurmi currently supports running, swimming and strength & conditioning, and is available for individuals training with an Apple Watch or Garmin watch. We're actively working on support for more sports, more wearable devices, and in-app workout recording, coming soon.
