When you log your next practice, what you focused on last time is shown again. Just write your notes as usual, and every session builds on the last. The app keeps track of what you've been working on. Stick with the same issue, and suggestions build on how it has gone so far. In "Improvement history" on the Reflection tab, look back on each issue over time: what you tried and how it felt.
