Whether you’re thanking a valet, bartender, bellhop, housekeeper, or another service professional, Gratuitease helps you find the right person nearby. FOR CUSTOMERS • Discover eligible nearby service professionals during your service moment. • Choose your tip and confirm with Apple Pay. • See all applicable fees and your total before authorizing payment. • No cash, QR code, website, or username search required. FOR SERVICE WORKERS • Start an earning session for your shift and stay discoverable while you work. • Gratuitease takes 0% of the service professional’s tip. • Review direct and pooled earnings, performance metrics, and available and pending balances. • Request eligible payouts. DIRECT AND POOLED TIPS Participating businesses can configure approved tip-pool rules through the Gratuitease business dashboard. Eligible tips are allocated automatically according to those settings. Service professionals can review pooled-shift shares and team benchmarks in the app. OPTIONAL WEARABLE After starting an earning session, use the optional Gratuitease wearable and service subscription to stay discoverable without keeping your phone open or with you. PAYMENTS AND AVAILABILITY Payments and payouts are processed securely using Stripe. All applicable fees and the total are shown before payment is authorized with Apple Pay.
