Customer display • Pair a tablet with a customer display in the settings. The display follows the table: items, VAT, total, paid and remaining amount, new items highlighted. • Guests choose their tip on the customer display or directly on the JamTerminal. The tip is part of the card amount and stays refundable. With custom amount, round-up, receipt QR code and thank-you screen. • Display language fixed or chosen by the guest (DE/EN/IT). • A device running as customer display no longer falls into the screensaver or PIN lock. Payment • Add forgotten items to an open table while paying, with an optional kitchen slip. • The floor plan under Pay shows free tables again. • Direct sale: card or Tap to Pay is now the primary quick pay button, exact cash moves into the tile row. • JamPay TWINT is shown to the guest as a QR code to scan. • Tap to Pay on iPhone: the reader connects in the background at app start and reconnects automatically, so payments start without delay. Ordering • New comment bar in the product dialog with suggestions as chips. Set-menu items take comments inline. • Product details open instantly from the product list. • Options and option groups appear in your UI language. • Edit mode on tablets: change the colours of categories and products. Reservations • New two-step flow: guest and time first, then the table. On tablets the floor plan shows which tables are free in the reservation window. • Table availability is checked at the reservation time, not only against today's open orders. Cash book • Open cash hand-overs of the last worked days are listed with their business day, so nothing gets lost after the day rollover. Performance and fixes • Tabs, basket and product type switch react faster, especially on low-end devices. • A token refresh no longer navigates away from the table you are working on. • UI labels stay available offline. • iOS 26: no more faded strip under the status bar.
