Driftwood: Calmer Social Media

Driftwood is a calmer form of social media, one where verified creators can share their work, connect with others and foster communities without brainrot, AI slop or ads. - Verified Creators: Every creator on Driftwood is verified to ensure that they’re humans that produce high-quality work aligned with the philosophy of the platform. We want to feature art that does more than numb and exhaust you. - Expressive Media: On Driftwood, users can create and share more than 15 formats of art — from videos and images, to poetry, curations, podcasts, recipes, articles, webpages, music and more. Everything’s designed to work seamlessly and interactively on the phone. - No Brainrot, Doomscrolling or Ads: Rather than an endless, algorithmically-dictated feed, the Driftwood editors organize content into Curations, which tell cohesive stories and actually have a start and an end. Driftwood has no ads, and every piece of content that makes it to the public feeds has come from a verified human creator and been vetted by our editors.
