About Strike Force: Boxing & MMA

Strike Force is your AI striking coach. Point your camera and Coach Chip reads your form. Add an Apple Watch and every punch gets real numbers. Together they make the only striking coach that fuses true sensor data with what the camera sees. COACHING BY CAMERA Record a round: bag work, shadow boxing, or fight footage. Coach Chip reads it like a cornerman: your guard, footwork, extension, and hand return, what's working, what to fix, and the exact moments in your clip that matter. Tap any callout and the replay jumps straight there. Punch force and count appear live on a heads-up display over your video, ready to review and share. No wearable required. COACHED IN YOUR STYLE Boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Karate, Taekwondo, MMA: Coach Chip speaks your discipline's language. Prepping for a fight or a grading? Tell him and the coaching sharpens to your deadline. Upload film of an opponent for a scouting report, or break down a pro to steal what works. MEASURED BY APPLE WATCH The watch on your wrist captures what no camera can see: punch force, speed, count, and type, plus heart rate and HRV. No bag sensors, no smart wraps. Wear it during a camera round and your coaching arrives fused with your real numbers. Establish a baseline, then watch your power grow, and see whether your punches hold to the final bell or fade late. FOUR MODES • Power: one punch, maximum force • Speed: fast hands, 30-second punch count • Workout: full session tracking with trends • Fight: 60-second head-to-head total output COMPETE AND CONNECT Climb the global leaderboard, keep your streak alive with daily challenges, and settle who hits hardest head-to-head. Follow your crew on the activity feed, and bring your gym, dojo, or team into one shared Group. EVERY SESSION, TRACKED Real-time force and speed, punch types (straights, hooks, and uppercuts), max and average acceleration, and detailed graphs for every session. Syncs with Apple Health, Apple Fitness, and Strava. MADE BY A FIGHTER Strike Force was built by a boxer and martial artist to answer one question: how do you actually measure progress? Every feature exists because it answers something I needed on the bag or in the ring. From fighters in camp to weekend warriors, it adapts to your style and intensity. What’s new

Version 3.14 · Updated September 25, 2026

Your weight now travels with your punches. Strike Force records the bodyweight each session was scored with, so your numbers are only ever compared like for like. Change weight and your history stays honest instead of quietly rescaling. You can read your weight from Apple Health, choose which source wins, and see where any number came from. Coach Chip writes, instead of repeating. Notes are shorter, sharper, and closer to the voice you picked. Rounds hold up. Starting a round with the app in the background, stopping partway through, and moving between phone and Watch are all steadier. Your wrist setting now persists and syncs. Challenges behave. Sent challenges survive a bad connection, the cards say what each button does before you tap, and the sheet orders itself by what the other fighter can actually do. Setup asks once, and asks properly. Weight and height are genuinely required now instead of quietly defaulting. Stance is asked once. Weight-class limits work at the boundary, so typing exactly 135 puts you where it should. Achievements become irrational. Version 3.14 is pi, so there is a new achievement to match: 314 punches in a single session. The digits never stop and neither did you. Also fixed. Home no longer suggests recovery when your force is climbing. Where a comparison is against your own history it says "personal best" rather than "record." Subscription pricing shows in your store's currency.
