Regions • Region charts from the legacy versions are back. • New popularity system, with regional support. • Regional streams & units are calculated based on your popularity in the specific region. • You can now chart in 5 different region charts, and 16 additional country charts. • Both your albums & songs can chart. • Accessible on the sidebar of the charts tab. iDunes • You can now track your digital downloads in the iDunes app. • You can also check the Weekly iDunes chart. Revamped Home Screen • The home screen got a brand new design, with better readability & accessibility in mind. • New ‘Headline’ section with the most important news of your career that specific week visible below the date. • The recent news & coming up section have moved to the “Headline” part at the top of the screen, to an extendable component. • The ‘Now Charting’ section from the legacy version is back on the Home Screen. • Extended ‘Weekly Streams’ section, with StarCloud, StarTube & the new iDunes app. New & Better Radio system • Radio is now wired with the new Region system, meaning now each region spins songs differently based on the genre. • Explicit songs can no longer be submitted for radio, radio friendly version has to be made for a song to be eligible. • You can now go on radio promotion tours, which can earn you more spins and/or audience based on the region. • Radio milestones, such as first radio top 10 can be now seen, on S & in the ‘Recent news’ section (and of course in career chronicle). • A new crossover push system is unlocked when the song is top 15 on its primary format chart, with a bonus. • A new Airplay chart for each country & region, which can be accessed on the sidebar of the charts tab. • Ability to have a song impact radio on release, with a higher chance of the song leaking. Joint tours • You can now go on joint tours with different artists on your level. • Every date gets more demand: an equal partner adds 8 points, a bigger one up to 14. • You split ticket sales and the shared costs (venue, promotion, logistics, insurance, openers). An equal partner takes 50%; the range is 35% to 65% depending on who draws more. Charts • There are now “Awards” for charts, such as “Hot Shot Debut”, “Biggest Stream Gainer.” Bugfixes • Fans / Streams ratio fixed. • Radio resubmitting never being accepted issue fixed. • No radio plays for NPC artists issue fixed. • Historical mode award performance issue fixed. • Movie proposal issues fixed.
