About Hina: Mood & Health Journal
Your health, in your own words. Hina helps you keep the details that are easy to forget: how you felt, what you noticed, and which medications you took. Bring your thoughts and everyday health experiences together, then look back with more context. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF Choose from 48 moods or start with a general feeling. Add a thought, a photo, a symptom, or a medication event to your day. SAY IT WHILE IT'S FRESH Capture a voice note with live English or Mandarin transcription on supported devices. Review and edit your words afterward. With your permission, AI can organize explicitly mentioned health details and offer inferred moods for your confirmation. SEE YOUR DAYS TOGETHER Explore your mood calendar, search your timeline, and view patterns in your records. Keep medication and health-concern lists close at hand, and log doses as taken or skipped. PREPARE FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT Choose the dates and records you want to include. Optional AI can write a personal reflection or an appointment summary with references to your records. Review, edit, and share a PDF when you are ready. MANAGE YOUR INFORMATION Sync your journal, photos, and voice recordings through your Hina account. Use app lock, exclude individual records from AI, export your data, make an encrypted backup, or delete your account in the app. GOOD TO KNOW An email account and email verification are required for sync and AI. AI is optional. Authorized text is processed by Alibaba Qwen in China; raw photos and audio are not sent to this AI service. Journal hosting is in mainland China. On-device transcription depends on device and language support. You can still save audio when transcription is unavailable. Hina is a personal journal for adults. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or calculate medication doses. AI and transcription can make mistakes. Review summaries before sharing them and consult a healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
