Company Acquisition Hub Lets players buy real, already-operating businesses (not startups) across 8 sectors — food, logistics, real estate, retail, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, tech — each valued as (monthly net profit × 26) + assets − debt. Owners can fire/hire the CEO, open new branches, pay an analyst to diagnose hidden problems (e.g. understaffing), fix them, and sell the company back later. ~40% of listings carry debt, so distressed-asset deals are a real strategy. Developer Hub A real-estate development sim gated behind a short licensing exam. Players buy land in fixed, named zones (priced by location/zoning), then develop residential or commercial projects matched to that zoning. Includes off-plan buyer negotiation (counter-offers, buyer pool resets), renting out unsold or unrented units instead of forcing a sale, a newspaper-styled land news feed that permanently shifts area values, and a real-estate license loan system. Opens full-screen from its own hub, same pattern as Company Acquisitions.
