Your cardio fitness has a story. We just ask AI to read it. VO₂ max Hero pulls VO₂ max from Apple Health and runs it through AI so you get insights instead of a lonely number. Improving, plateauing, ready for harder work or overdue for rest — that’s the point. Apple Watch adds a reading after an outdoor walk, run, or hike. Indoor workouts usually don’t. If Health has nothing yet, the app says so instead of asking for permission again. Download free. Full tracker, widget, and one AI insight per week. Pro hides the banner, adds four more hero styles and colors, and unlocks extra insights (fair-use, not a firehose). Monthly or yearly, 7-day trial, cancel in Settings. A new app icon. New reading alerts are more reliable when the app is asleep in the background. A free AI insight now counts only when the answer finishes, and the app shows the right day for your next one. An insight that fails partway shows a retry instead of a cut-off answer. The widget no longer switches to "Health access is off" when a refresh fails. Your streak survives days where daylight saving skips midnight. The paywall no longer closes on its own, and Restore Purchases no longer gets stuck.
