ZhaMaAI is a mobile workspace for people and AI employees to work together. Connect conversations, messages and projects so that ideas, materials and results stay with the work. WORK BEYOND A SINGLE ANSWER Choose an AI employee for your task and share context through text, voice, images and files. Depending on its configured capabilities, an employee can use tools and break work into steps, with progress and results shown in the conversation. KEEP WORK IN PROJECT CONTEXT Organize related conversations, files and outputs in collaborative projects. Review overviews, tasks, decisions, meetings and activity. Start a conversation inside a project so an AI employee can work with its context. Members can follow progress and collaborate within their access permissions. CONNECT PEOPLE AND AI EMPLOYEES Use work conversations and groups to collaborate with other members and view AI employee execution cards. The message center brings notifications together. Available collaboration features depend on your service and account permissions. MAKE MEETINGS USEFUL AFTER THEY END Record meetings, review transcripts and organize minutes, decisions and action items. Keep notes, transcripts and recordings together for later review. Obtain all participants’ consent before recording. FIND AND CONTINUE YOUR WORK Organize conversations by AI employee, topic and project. Search, filter and use favorites to find relevant context. Continue earlier discussions on your phone and follow streaming responses, structured content and tool progress. DEVICE CAPABILITIES, UNDER YOUR CONTROL Grant access to supported camera, photos, microphone and calendar features when needed. Manage access under Me > System permissions. Optional Apple Health (HealthKit) access is read-only and sharing is off by default. After enabling sharing and granting specific read permissions, you can ask about steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts. Query results are sent to your selected server and the AI model configured for the employee to help organize personal health and fitness information. You can turn sharing off at any time.
