Photo dates, in your hands. Open any photo in your Media and tap its date to fix it: set the day and, if you know it, the time. Dates and places you've already corrected in your photo library now come along when you upload, and when you create a Moment the app tells you which date it read from your photos instead of asking you to confirm it. Your trip, in your order. A trip's stops now appear in the order you arranged them, not by the clock. If you run the trip, press and hold a stop's grip to drag it within a day or to another day, or tap the grip for Move up, Move down and Move to day. Every move saves at once. The same order shows on the website. Name your days. On a trip's Timeline, every day can have a name and a note. If you can edit the trip, tap the pen or Add note; everyone else reads them. A trip's dates now stretch to include the days its Moments are placed on. Which trips is this Moment in? The back of a Moment's card has a new Itineraries row. It shows how many trips the Moment is part of and opens any of them. Notifications, refined. Likes and comments now open the Moment itself, tag notifications spell out what happened, and a notification that arrives while you're using the app no longer changes the badge on your icon. A steadier media picker. Pinching to change the grid no longer throws you back to the start of your library, and the full-size view opens on the photo you pinched into instead of a black screen. Videos that behave. A video in the gallery now pauses when you leave the app or go to another screen. Fix a place as you post. While you create a Moment, you can edit the details of a place you added yourself without leaving the Moment. Also in this release. A refreshed look for buttons, alerts, dialogs, tabs and form fields, a Groups link on Account privacy, clearer wording on a Moment's audience step about when it shows its place, clearer messages when a place's address is refused, a cover-less album or trip whose caption no longer overlaps its title at large text sizes, steadier sheets and text at the largest sizes, better screen reader support, and a range of bug fixes.
