Mentor Me Ulster County

Mentor Me of Ulster County is a community dedicated to ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and seen. Our app connects youth with trained adult mentors for one-on-one and group relationships built on trust and consistency. With Mentor Me, mentors and families can connect via messaging, schedule one-touch video meetings, track mentoring goals and progress, keep notes, and access helpful resources and program updates, all in one place. Beyond mentoring, Mentor Me supports the whole family through referrals to local resources, activity scholarships, and emergency assistance, helping kids and families focus on growing, not just getting by.
