Pasajob Seeker

PasaJob is the first long-chain referral-based job matching app in the Philippines that rewards you for connecting businesses to the right candidates. Whether you’re an employer crowdsourcing your next hire, a job seeker applying for a post, or simply an individual on the lookout for extra income, PasaJob is here to help. Here are ways that PasaJob can work for you: For hirers: · Flexible pricing. You can post any amount as referral fee, unlike traditional job boards with fixed posting fee prices · Quality candidates. The referral system serves as a vouching tool or character reference mechanism · Job matching. Unlike traditional job boards which consider only the job applicant’s score, PasaJob also factors in the credibility of the referrer For seekers: · Access to ‘hidden’ jobs. Not all earning opportunities get posted on job platforms because of high posting fees. When we let the information flow through our social networks, job seekers discover earning opportunities they previously did not know existed · A sense of community. A whole squad of PasaMates has a stake in the success of their recommended candidate, which encourages job-seekers to push through with their applications · A venue to interact with employers. Through the messaging function, candidates whose applications have been processed may directly message the employers / HR recruiters, unlike traditional job boards which allow only one-way messages from employers to candidates, or none at all For referrers: · Alternative earning opportunities. Through the referral fees posted by Employers, PasaMates are given the chance to earn outside of their regular work, at the click of a button · More rewards. On top of referral fees, PasaMates may also earn prizes from collected points and weekly contests using the PasaJob leaderboard system · Open to everyone. At PasaJob, people from all walks of life — whether you’re a freelancer, a supermarket merchandiser or a marketing manager—can refer and be a PasaMate! Be part of our community. Download PasaJob now
