The Riley Roo Way

Keep the life and care surrounding each pet organized in one place. The Riley Roo Way® helps you create a fuller picture of every pet, bringing together the information they need, the people who care for them, the moments that matter and their story as it continues to grow. CREATE A PROFILE FOR EVERY PET Give each pet their own dedicated profile, with their important details and information organized around them. Move easily between pets while keeping each pet’s care, history, dates and story separate. ORGANIZE DOCUMENTS AND NOTES Keep veterinary records, vaccination information, medication details, insurance information, identification, routines, notes and other important documents inside the Pet Info Hub. Information remains organized by the part of your pet’s life it belongs to, making it easier to find when you need it. KEEP IMPORTANT DETAILS CLOSE Use Quick Links to select important Documents and Notes and surface them directly on your pet’s profile for faster access. Quick Links work like favorites, giving you a simple way to keep the information you reach for most close at hand. CAPTURE WHAT THEY NEED How Are You? gives health, wellness, routines and care information a clear place within your pet’s world. Organize veterinary visits, medications, vaccinations, wellness information, emergency preparation and other details that support their ongoing care. PRESERVE WHO THEY ARE Who Are You? gives identity, parenthood, history and life experiences somewhere to stay connected. Add identification and insurance information, hold on to important beginnings and special memories, so the moments that shaped your pet don’t disappear over time. MANAGE THEIR DATES Use the pet-specific Event Calendar to organize appointments, medications, grooming, travel, adoption anniversaries, playdates and other dates that belong to them. INVITE THE PEOPLE YOU TRUST Invite family members, friends, neighbors, sitters and other trusted caregivers into your pet’s Care Community. Keep caregiver relationships organized, send care requests through the supported care flow and maintain a clearer picture of the people involved in your pet’s care. CONTROL WHAT OTHERS CAN SEE Use Privacy Settings to choose which approved pet details appear on the pet’s QR-enabled public profile. You remain in control of what is made available. When automatic QR regeneration is enabled, saving a privacy change creates a new QR code and deactivates the previous one. BUILD MORE THAN A RECORD The Riley Roo Way® is not simply a place to collect pet information. It is a place to build, organize and carry forward the world surrounding each pet, including their care, identity, people, dates, documents, notes and growing story. All your pets. All their people. All in one place.
