Superhomes

SuperHomes puts your home and your work in one app — for tenants renting from landlords on SuperHomes, and for the plumbers, electricians and technicians those landlords call. FOR TENANTS • See exactly what you owe, across every home you rent, with overdue bills flagged. • Open any bill or receipt inside the app — no downloads, no paperwork. • Your statement of account: balance brought forward, every charge and payment, the running balance, for any period. • Sign in by scanning the QR printed on your invoice — we text a code to your phone, no password needed. • Report a problem in seconds, add up to four photos, and follow it from reported to fixed. • Confirm a repair is really done — or say it isn't, and it goes back to the technician. • Items your landlord sells you, like bulbs or filters: check them on arrival and confirm in the app. • Your lease, meter readings and notices, always at hand. FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS • Jobs from every company that uses you, in one list. • What's needed, the tenant's photos, directions and who to call. • Start a job, mark it done with a note, and close it with the tenant's PIN. • Switch "Taking work" on or off for every company at once. FOR EVERYONE • Browse homes to rent or buy across Kenya, save the ones you like and book a viewing. • One login: if you rent a home and work as a provider, you get both, and switch with a tap. • English, Somali and Arabic, with full right-to-left support. • Light and dark themes. Your account is set up by your landlord or the company you work with — they text you your login. Amounts are shown in Kenyan shillings or your landlord's currency. Questions? [email protected]
