Okulumuzun Tarihçesi 1985-1986 Öğretim yılında T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığından devralınan askeri bina ve barakalarda eğitim ve öğretim hizmetlerini sürdüren okulumuz Giresun Anadolu Lisesi, Giresun'umuzun mümtaz şahsiyeti sayın Hamdi BOZBAĞ tarafından 21 derslikli okul binası ile 200 öğrenci kapasiteli pansiyon binası, mülkiyeti Milli Eğitim Bakanlığımıza ait 13 dönümlük arazi üzerine inşa ettirilerek eğitim ve öğretim hizmetlerine sunmuştur. 1987-1988 öğretim yılından itibaren okulumuzun adı "HAMDİ BOZBAĞ ANADOLU LİSESİ ", pansiyon ise kıymetli eşlerinin ismi olan " NEVİN BOZBAĞ ÖĞRENCİ PANSİYONU " olarak değiştirilmiştir
