About Board House
Board House — Home Swapping Community for Board Riders Board House is a home-swap and social platform built by and for board sport riders. Travel to new terrain, swap/stay at other verified riders' homes, and connect with the community — without hotels, Airbnbs, or nightly fees. Subscribe to our yearly membership and unlock unlimited access to the home-swapping side of the platform. No per-night charges. No surprise fees. Just riders helping riders travel more affordably and intentionally. __________________________________________________________ Two ways to enhance your board sport lifestyle on Board House: 1) EXPLORE FEED — Swap places with other riders. Use the Explore Feed to travel and ride more while spending less: - Search rider's homes to book by destination or board sport - Book stays using 1:1 swaps or shredits earned when hosting - Message hosts/guests and view profiles + social posts before confirming - Only accessible when you list your own space — give to get 2) CONNECT FEED — A social feed to actually get you offline riding and connecting. The Connect Feed is open to all board sport enthusiasts: - Share your board lifestyle, trips, and sessions - Filter posts by specific board sports - Create a session to meet up in real life (visible for 24 hours within 50 miles) - Join or create local and global groups around your interests __________________________________________________________ How Home Sharing Works: There are two ways to stay on Board House: 1) One-for-One Home Swaps Exchange homes with another rider simultaneously. No Shredits required. No money exchanged. 2) Shredits Stays Host other riders at your place to earn Shredits, then use them to book another member’s home when it’s available — even if they’re not traveling to you. __________________________________________________________ Why Use Board House to Travel + Ride: 1. Save thousands on board trips 2. Stay with locals who know the spots, conditions, and culture 3. Travel safely between ID-verified members 4. Build real connections, not transactional stays 5. Ride more, spend less, and explore deeper 6. Every stay booked with Shredits includes up to $50K in host damage protection.
