About Powerlifting Score
Provides for a standardized scoring system to compare performances across different weight categories and age groups. Two of the most popular means of scoring, the Wilks score and the IPF GL (Good Lift) points system are used. The associate formulas even the playing field by adjusting for the body weight and gender of the lifter to determine a score relative to other lifters. It provides a good way to compare with friends, other competitors and track progress.
