About Healtix: Lab Results AI Coach

Healtix decodes lab results, DNA, blood tests, and blood work from LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or any lab — plain language, clear next steps. Your AI health coach logs meals and tracks calories, nutrition, macros, meds, and symptoms. Free to start. Say what you ate, took, or felt — Healtix logs it. Upload blood work or a lab PDF — Healtix decodes the lab results. One AI health coach for nutrition, meals, macros, and meds. Lab results, blood tests, calories, and family health in one calm place. Free to start. — Step 1: Lab Results, Blood Tests & Blood Work — Decoded Upload lab results from LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or any lab — PDF, photo, or scan. Healtix reads your blood tests and blood work, highlights key biomarkers, explains glucose, cholesterol, and other markers in plain language, and suggests next steps to discuss with your doctor. Your lab timeline stays private and encrypted. — Step 2: Health Risk Checkups Premium unlocks structured health risk assessments: pick a focus—whole-person load scoring, cardiovascular, diabetes, weight-related, respiratory, neurological, or oncological—and combine your profile with lab markers you already saved. Built on published risk models; plain-language explainers and questions for your clinician. — Step 3: Action Plan From Your Lab Results Get evidence-backed recommendations for diet, exercise, supplements, and health screenings based on your lab markers and profile. Your AI health coach turns raw numbers into a clear action plan for the days and weeks ahead—better habits, specific targets, and progress you can track in one timeline. — Step 4: Calorie Tracker, Food Diary & Macros Log meals by text, photo, or voice. Track calories, macros, and micronutrients without busywork. Connect your food diary to your lab markers — see how your diet affects glucose, cholesterol, and weight over time. Intermittent fasting tracker and schedules built in. — Step 5: Medication Reminders & Supplement Log Set schedules for meds and supplements. Log doses in one tap. Smart reminders that adapt to real days — not perfect routines. Your medication log pairs with lab results so you arrive at appointments prepared. — Step 6: Apple Health & Wearables Sync your Apple Health data or activity metrics from wearables like WHOOP, Oura Ring, Xiaomi, Huawei, and others. Monitor heart rate, sleep, steps, HRV, and heart conditions with ease. Your AI health assistant can also give you recommendations on supplements and medicine, and on how to get better sleep and relieve stress — one complete picture. — Step 7: Your AI Health Coach Logs, Not Just Answers Tell Healtix "I had oatmeal and coffee" — it logs calories, macros, and nutrients. Say "I took 2000 IU vitamin D" — it sets the reminder and logs the dose. Upload a lab PDF — it highlights what matters and explains it in plain language. No menus. No tapping through screens. One message, everything handled. Family Health Profiles (Premium): separate timelines for each person — lab results, blood tests, meals, calories, macros, meds, and vitals without mix-ups. Everyone’s data stays theirs. Important: Healtix provides educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not detect or diagnose cancer or any disease. Always consult a qualified clinician about symptoms, medications, lab interpretation, and any changes to your care. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. In an emergency, call 911. What’s new

Version 2.0.2 · Updated October 10, 2026

What's New in Healtix 2.0.2 — Healtix Labs V3: the analysis engine now identifies a marker by meaning — what it is, in which sample and over what period — instead of the label text. Units are converted correctly, the same marker from different labs merges into one chart, and different measurements — concentration and 24-hour excretion — no longer mix. If the engine cannot confirm a marker against the reference, it holds back instead of guessing. — Metric detail screens: tap any metric on the Health screen to open a full view with Day/Week/Month/Year ranges, charts (heart rate, steps, calories, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, VO₂max, sleep and HRV), stats (resting, peak, average, 7-day, best) and a plain-language explanation of what the metric means. — Apple Health and Health Connect: updated sync and data-type support. — Fixes: uploaded reports are no longer lost and are always available to the assistant; biological age and sample-date logic fixed; QR sign-in fixed.
