What's New in 10.09.1 Staff positions from your phone • Assign a position to an agency, and optionally to a named person, right from Shift Details. • Re-assign a position that already has someone on it, or unassign the person while keeping the agency booked. • Duplicate a position, up to 5 copies at a time. • When you re-assign or unassign someone who has worked, you can record their approval, overtime, billing and lunch details and add a note, all in the same step. • The clock-out time is shown in the venue's time, labelled when your phone is set to a different time zone. It's only asked for when there's a shift to end. New: Unassigned Positions • See every position on a day that still needs a person, with the same date navigation as the Shift Log. • Filter by agency, grid and reports-to, and sort by position number or shift time. Your filters are remembered for each show. • Select several positions and assign them to an agency in one step. Any that can't be assigned stay selected and show the reason. • Open it from the Show screen, which hides the button when a show has nothing left to fill, or straight from the Shift Log. Smarter conflict checks • If someone is already booked at the same time, on this show or any other, you'll see each clash grouped by show, with the day, times and position number. Fixes and improvements • Your 12-hour or 24-hour time setting is now followed everywhere, even when your phone's own 24-Hour Time switch is on. • Offline setup now downloads only the grids you select. • "Where to find your QR code" now appears once per device. Tap ? on the scanner to see it again. • Dates and times are sent correctly on phones that use a non-Gregorian calendar or non-Western digits. • Sub-positions (such as 2.1 and 2.10) sort in the right order, including offline. • The "My Profile" button in announcements opens your profile. • Clearer messages when a profile or password change can't be completed. Assigning positions requires the "Assign Positions" permission. Ask your administrator if you don't see these options.
