Crowd: Make Friends Nearby

Make new friends nearby and find people to make plans with. Crowd brings together shared interests, the times you're free and things you'd like to do, so you have somewhere to start. Friendship, not dating. Whether you're new in town or want to expand your circle, Crowd is for adults looking for platonic connections. FIND YOUR KIND OF PEOPLE Discover people nearby, see the interests you share and get to know them through photos, profiles and prompts. Show what you're into, what you're up for and when you're free. MAKE PLANS. MAKE FRIENDS. Coffee, a walk, a games night or something you've been meaning to try. Browse plans, join one that suits you or host your own. Make it public, invite friends or plan something with a group. Use the plan chat to work out the details. FIND TIME TO MEET Shared availability helps shape your recommendations. Find people whose free time overlaps with yours and turn “we should do something” into a plan. A LITTLE HELP WITH HELLO Start a conversation with icebreakers based on what you have in common, including interests and availability. Keep in touch through direct messages and group chats. FIND A GROUP YOU FIT INTO Explore local interest groups and meet people who enjoy the same things. Join the conversation and make plans together. KEEP A GOOD THING GOING Enjoyed a plan? Let the others know you'd like to meet again. When someone else does too, Crowd opens a group chat for the people who want another get-together. FRIENDSHIP COMES FIRST Unwanted romantic approaches, harassment, scams and impersonation are against Crowd's rules. Block or report someone from their profile. Reports are reviewed by a person on our team. START FOR FREE Discover people, join plans and interest groups, and send messages for free. Host up to 3 plans per calendar month. Blocking and reporting are free too. Crowd+ adds unlimited hosting and a minimum match score filter in Discover. It is an optional, auto-renewing subscription.
