Connect to your company’s TimeToWork account to manage clock events, schedules and workplace requests in a multilingual app. FOR EMPLOYEES • Clock in and clock out from your mobile device. • View your work schedule and attendance history. • Follow your working time during an active shift. • Submit leave requests and sickness notifications. • Report incorrect or missed clock events. • Track the progress of your requests, from submission to completion. FOR MANAGERS • View team attendance and current working activity. • Review employees who may need attention. • Record clock-in and clock-out events for team members. • Use the connected TimeToWork web platform to manage employees, departments, schedules, leave requests and attendance reports. Businesses can combine mobile attendance with compatible SOYAL access-control hardware, depending on their company setup. OFFLINE ATTENDANCE Clock events recorded while offline are stored locally and synchronized with your company’s system when connectivity returns. Uninstalling the app removes its local data. Attendance records already synchronized with your company’s system remain there. LOCATION AND CAMERA ACCESS With your permission, location information can be recorded during clock-in and clock-out to support attendance verification. Acceptance of clock events without location depends on your company’s configuration. Camera access may be requested to scan your company’s setup QR code. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS The mobile app is provided at no cost to employees of companies with an active TimeToWork subscription. Your company provides your account credentials and determines your access permissions. An interactive demo lets you explore the app using fictional data.
