루틴을 링크로 공유하고, 로그인 후에도 이어서 담을 수 있습니다. 홀드·스트레칭 초 타이머, 세트/운동 사이 휴식 타이머를 추가했습니다. 앱을 다시 켜도 구글·애플 로그인이 유지되도록 했고, 미리보기·이미지 업로드 오류를 수정했습니다. 운동 검색에서 필요한 장비를 한눈에 볼 수 있고, 가입할 때 닉네임을 자동으로 추천해 드립니다. 고른 운동 목표에 맞춰 기본 세트·횟수와 피드백이 나오도록 고쳤습니다.
