SXSW London

Your festival, in your pocket. The official SXSW London app puts six days of music, film, tech and culture at your fingertips — so you never miss a moment that matters. SMART SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT: Your six days, perfectly orchestrated. Browse the full festival programme and dive deep into session details — speakers, formats, venues, networking, and everything in between. Switch between schedule views to find the layout that works for you, then build a personalised itinerary that's entirely your own. Export sessions directly to your mobile device. And when things change, because live events always do, real-time alerts keep your schedule accurate the moment an update is made. YOUR FESTIVAL, YOUR WAY: "Curated for you. Discovered by you". No two SXSW London experiences are the same. The app learns from your interests and activity to surface sessions, speakers, artists and experiences that genuinely resonate with you, not just what's popular, but what's relevant to you. Your profile is yours to shape and update at any time, ensuring every recommendation gets sharper as the festival unfolds. NETWORKING & RSVP: "The people you meet here will matter long after the festival ends". SXSW London is as much about who you meet as what you see. Connect and message fellow attendees directly within the app. We have AI-powered connection recommendations surface the people most worth meeting based on shared interests, industries and behaviour. Feeling spontaneous? Try Networking Roulette, a serendipitous matchmaking feature that introduces you to someone unexpected, because the best connections are often the ones you didn't plan. Platinum Pass holders can also use the in-app RSVP functionality to secure their place (on a first come first served basis), at exclusive events and experiences before they book up. DISCOVER MORE ON SITE: "Shoreditch is your venue. Explore every corner of it". With 20+ venues spread across East London's most vibrant streets, knowing where to go next is half the adventure. Access rich profiles for every session, speaker, artist, partner, sponsor and venue, all in one place. Use the Proximity Map to discover what's nearby, from festival hotspots to hidden gems within walking distance of wherever you are. Real-time capacity alerts tell you when a room is filling up so you can plan ahead or pivot on the spot. And with instant push notifications for schedule changes, cancellations and key event moments, you'll always be one step ahead. We update the app regularly throughout the festival to make sure your experience is as seamless as the event itself. Download it before you arrive, and come ready to discover something extraordinary.
