Transport Plus Driver

Transport Plus Driver is the app for drivers at transport companies that run on Transport Plus. Your whole shift is on your phone: today's trips, live stop and passenger lists, airport pickups, shuttle routes, messages from dispatch, your roster, your documents and your cash settlements. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See active and upcoming trips with pickup times, stops, passenger counts, supplements and any cash to collect. Filter by date or trip type, and look back at past trips whenever you need to. RUN TRIPS WITH CONFIDENCE Hold to start, hold to end. Swipe a stop to complete or skip it. Swipe a passenger to mark them picked up, dropped off or no show. Call a passenger or a stop contact with one tap, open any address in the maps app you prefer, and read driver and customer notes before you arrive. The app tells you if you are starting early or running late, lets you end a trip early when plans change, and helps you close any trip left open from a previous shift. AIRPORT PICKUPS Flight details refresh every minute with scheduled, estimated and actual times, so you know when to be at arrivals. Show a full-screen passenger name sign that keeps the screen awake while you wait. SHUTTLE ROUTES Follow the route on a live map with your position, the next stop and an ETA for every stop. Stops are recorded automatically from GPS as you arrive, loops are counted for you, and you can report how full the bus is or skip a stop with a reason in two taps. DISPATCH IN YOUR POCKET Messages from dispatch arrive as notifications. Reply in threads, attach photos, and acknowledge critical messages so the office knows you have seen them. ROSTER AND VEHICLE Check your shifts for the month, see which vehicle you are allocated, and switch vehicle when you need to. REPORT ISSUES Log a vehicle fault, an accident or any other issue with photos, and keep the conversation with the office in one place until it is closed. DOCUMENTS AND CASH Submit your driving licence, ID card, passport or driver tag straight from the camera, see what has been approved and what is about to expire. Log cash collected on a trip and keep track of what is due to the office. MADE FOR THE ROAD Light and dark mode, multi-lingual, and sign in to more than one company if you drive for several. LOCATION While you are on shift, Transport Plus Driver shares your location in the background so dispatch can follow trips and passengers can see when you are arriving. Tracking stays on during an active trip. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Transport Plus Driver needs an account from a transport company that uses Transport Plus. Ask your manager or dispatcher for access. Not a driver? Download the Transport Plus customer app to book and follow your own trips.
