Hornet Reuse!

Hornet Reuse: Share More, Waste Less! Every year, college campuses generate hundreds of tons of waste. Hornet Reuse empowers you to repurpose items that still have life in them, reducing waste and supporting a greener, more sustainable future. Let’s work together to make a positive impact on our campus and our planet! What is Hornet Reuse? Hornet Reuse is a free-sharing platform for Sacramento State students, faculty, and staff. Think of it as a marketplace—but without the money! Everything is shared for free, helping keep usable items out of landfills while connecting the campus community. What Can I Give Away? ANYTHING that still has life left in it and can be put to better use—with a few exceptions! Here are some common items shared on Hornet Reuse: - Clothing - Accessories - Books - Electronics - Home Goods - Food - And so much more! If you’re not using it, someone else can! By participating in Hornet Reuse, you’re helping build a culture of sustainability at Sacramento State. Let’s reduce waste, support reuse, and create a more circular economy—one item at a time! Get started today and help give your unused items a second life!
